Heat Treating

Plating
Chem-Plate Industries provides a range of plating services from Acid Zinc barrel plating to alkaline zinc-nickel barrel plating, phosphating, and mechanical plating to a large diverse set of industry standards, from construction to automotive.
Dip Spin
Dip spin is a process of applying sacrificial zinc flake paint onto a fastener. The process is completed by loading the parts into a dip spin machine basket, dipping the basket of parts into the paint then removing the parts from the paint and spinning off the excess paint. Leaving a thin uniform coating of a pint on the surface. Afterward, the painted parts are cured with heat.

Chem-Plate Industries offers a comprehensive array of fastener sorting services with a wide variety of sort machines such as Eddy current, CCM Optical sort machines, Belt Camera sort machines, and Pace camera sort machines with diverse technologies that are used to remove defective, foreign, or mixed parts from production lots, along with these services include bagging, packing to required quantity, and labeling, a complete order fulfillment.

With Chem-Plate Industries’ very own fleet of trucks, we are able to pick up and deliver to most of our customers on a daily or weekly basis within an 80-mile radius of our facility. We also do our best to offer tailored solutions to your specific trucking needs.
